Wonderful employees, pretty helpful and helpful particularly during the day shifts. For the cost its a wonderful deal. The receptionist is magnificent, is familiar with very good places to visit for travelers.

Me and my kids stayed at the hotel for 7 days for holidays to exploring the place. Hotel Lugano is located in a very central position, it’s thoroughly clean and the beds are very comfy! There is only one detail I’d advise going forward and that is to supply much more hotel amenities, shower gel in particular. In general, I had been very happy with this stay and would definitely endorse it to everyone seeking to head to Knokke-Heist.

Good place, almost everything is nearby. Staff members are super friendly and well prepared and talk wonderful English. You will discover activities every single evening and it´s a good way to socializing with people. Rooms and amenities are ok and towels changed every day. Only problem was beds are a little bit noisy but that’s quite slight. Fantastic quality for the price!
